there is a lidocane jelly that any health center should prescribe to you. i would go see a doctor, if you suspect it is herpes go and get tested and they can give you a prescription to help.Could also be scabies. You need to be evaluated by a physician to be sure. Herpes usually also causes pain/burning and painful urination (but not always).
