If I had infectious mononucleosis and it went away, is there a chance that I get the herpes simplex 1 virus?

Herpes simplex 1 appears on the outside of the lip. A sore on the inner side is a canker sore which is caused by mouth ulcers and is not related or contagious.Each disease is caused by a different virus, so no, 1 would not cause the other. The HSV1 is generally found on the outside of the lip. The common "cold sore". Maybe a vitamin deficiency? In particular, I am thinking Anemia?
