There is no cure for HerpesOh, bless, I've so been there. Try using zovirax or something like that on your coldsores on your mouth, and go to your doctor or nurse about the ones down below. I've been really lucky and not had too many outbreaks, but try looking it up on msn health, as they have some really good ideas about drugs/meds that help. Having baths with Bicarbonate of soda helps with the discomfort, as well. My lips swelled up as well, by the way, and it felt like I had thrush in my mouth, when I had it, I couldnt eat and lost about 2 stone in 2 weeks! Good luck with it!i also get a cold sore on my lips almost every year. I often think it comes when my system is run down or i'm stressed or not taking proper care of my health. But apparently once you get it, it will always come back. as long as it is not out of control like popping up every month or something. you just have to bear with it until it goes. However grapefruit is useful, it helps all mouth infections.
