What I suggest is that you should see a doctorwell since it keeps coming back it could be herpes



cold sores generally stay for a few days, then leave, so its not a cold sore



and since its the same exact spot, yea prolly herpes



it would be in your best interest to see a doctor






p.s. sorry... there is no cure for herpes, especially an over the counter kind. doctors can prescribe something for the symptoms, but you will have herpes for the rest of your lifego see a doctor. you need to get a medication for it.
