Don't do that.
Get something less debilitating, like the flu. You can get two weeks off easy if you get SWINE flu because they don't want you to contaminate anyone. I understand it's not the best of ideas, but if you are that desperate, well, it's better than shingles, just keep in mine you will be very sick for a few days and then very tired for a week or two.
Just go on Craigslist (to your local area) and post around in various places asking someone to give you swine flu. Offer to pay, even. Go to their house, touch everything, don't wash your hands after. Let them cough on your hands and rub your eyes.
I caught swine flu on purpose once because I had a sore knee (a very sore knee) and they would not let me off work without a doctor's notice, but I didn't have insurance and didn't have the money to go to a doctor!u will have to ratain ur self
