If her partner had an outbreak, he wouldn't want a fragranced soap anywhere near his penis. The open sores would burn even more than with regular soap.

I applaud your friend for having common sense and not letting something like herpes stand in her way. I am sure she is aware of the risks and takes every precaustion.~People with or without genital herpes can be sensitive to scented products - genital herpes has nothing to do with it.

I have had genital herpes for 6+ years and I use scented shampoos and body washes all the time and have no problems.

People have sensitivities to different things all the time, like medications, scented products, certain foods, etc.So people with genital herpes dont deserve to have anybody? Is that your arguement?
