maybe its a spider bite 0_0From that description its really impossible to be able to tell. Its most likely a pimple though. Herpes on your lips tend to be on your lower lip by the edge. They will have a tingling feeling and often times are clear. If its white at the top it may or may not be herpes. The scab if herpes will most likely take a few weeks to entirely heel and will get smaller over time. The only way to know for sure if this is actually herpes is to go to a doctor and be tested. Its better to be safe then sorry!Have u recently placed an infected crotch in ur mouth?

If so then yes it might be herpes.
