Doubtful. They're pretty different viruses.No but you CAN have both virusesHPV will not actually show up on a STD test if it is a blood test. The only way HPV will be detected is if it is viewed and stated it is HPV or an abnormal paps mear test comes back

HSV (herpes) can show up on a blood test or a swab test.

Neither can really be mistaken for the other in an actual STD test.
