Use condoms correctly without fail and do the Valtrex suppressive therapy for at least a year as your doctor recommends and any other advice those articles or others on the net that you can find and you can reduce your transmittion risk to just 1 or 2% I've read. I can not guarantee that low of risk but that is exactly what I read.
