Well Herpes takes about 1 week in its incubation period. In other words, for the symptoms of herpes to start developing. To what i know the herpes blood test can be more accurate after 1 week of having caught the virus.
So NO dont wait any longer! Go and get checked already.You can get a cheek swab test.Herpes infection does not take to much time to be appear. The first outbreak usually occurs within two weeks after the virus is transmitted.
Most individuals have no or only minimal signs or symptoms from HSV-1 or HSV-2 infection. When signs do occur, they typically appear as one or more blisters on or around the mouth, lips, tongue, genitals or rectum. These blisters can be quite painful.
