my godmother got hers thru a blood transfusion....but idk how that person got it.You only have a 1/500 chance getting it from penal to vaginal contact. The anus has less natural safeguards and filters.You can actually be born with aids if one of your parents is a carrier. It doesn't necessarily mean you've had sex, gay sex, or used drugs before. It also doesn't mean one of your parents is gay. You can still get aids if you're straight and you have sex with someone who has it. I actually went to school with a girl who had aids. This was in the 6th grade so I'm pretty sure she wasn't having sex or doing drugs. Her mom had it, so she was born with it. So another way to contract it is to be born with it.
