You can get Lysine over the counter at health food stores. It's a natural antiviral that can treat herpes. They may also sell topical creams. Bumps are not a good indicator of herpes. Herpes is usually painful or at least causes some itching burning and or tingling symptoms. It could be genital warts or razor burn since they don't hurt.
