you cant get rid of herpes sores within 2 days, its a skin infection it takes the skin a long time to heal itself when a sore has broke out. but there are lots of over the counter creams and gels for oral herpes sores. they clear up within a week or twoIt's SO unfortunate that they don't go away quickly :( Mine finally healed after about 8 days. Go and get Lysine pills, they are in the vitamin section. Abreva works good to help the healing process. Take vitamin C!
