What could have triggered this particularly painful herpes outbreak?

its was probably the oral sex you did... no offenceWhen the immune system is weakened or when you are under stress the herpes outbreak can get worse. See the link below for more information about a weakened immune system.My temper or stress will set off my outbreaks. Yes the longer you have herpes the less painful they get. I rarely get outbreaks when i do my immune system is shot or im under allot of stress.
