How can I make a model of the Herpes Virus?

You could use paper mache and put it over a balloon to get the round shape, wait until it dries then pick some things out to represent the parts of the virus. Or you could use layers of modeling clay.
This is a basic cross section You can even put the exterior on the out side. It doesn't have to bee all that detailed as long as people get the gist of what is being represented and what your talking about.
