I have a group of bumps on my top lip, is this herpes?

you have to ask yourself two questions
1-have i been sucking penis?
2-could they be zits?Do they itch? Do they feel like there are on fire? Do you have sores?

If you don't have any of the above, you don't have herpes. But still, have a doctor look at those bumps, just to be safe.It sounds like it could be or a cold sore. You should call your doctor to make and appt. to talk about them.
