Do you want to take the chance? Are you sharing sex toys with a friend who has herpes? I would say yes in my not so expert opinion.not sure bout the breast, but you can from sharingi'm pretty sure you can get it from sharing sex toys. especially if you do not wash them between persons.
tender breasts are not a symptom of genital herpes.
