Herpes and Depression, Suicide

It is common to get depressed after getting herpes. Some people get very depressed, suicidal in fact. Myself, I got depressed when I found out I had herpes. I was not suicidal, but I was definitely depressed. That was over 15 years ago, and since then I have helped many people learn how to prevent herpes outbreaks, which is a major factor in getting over any depression. Through my herpes related websites, I have received thousands of emails and thousands of calls, and perhaps 10% were from people who were depressed. I had one guy who was suicidal, call me about 6 times, often between 2 AM and 6 AM, and I served as sort of a crisis line for him. First, accept that it is natural to be depressed about this. Second, and this is very important to know, is that depression is caused by repressed anger. That's right, holding in the anger you have about getting herpes, causes you to be depressed. If you don't believe me, try the following exercise a few times, and then notice how you feel afterwards. Here it is, it is simple and doesn't cost anything.
Kneel, leaning over your bed, and pound your fists into your bed as hard as you can for one full solid minute. Longer is better. Then, grab a pillow and scream your anger into it. Some profanities will come out no doubt! Scream at the person who gave you herpes. Scream at God, your creator or higher power or the world or the universe. And scream loud! You may cry a bit after this. Crying about this is good. It is all about getting everything out, instead of keeping it inside. Do this as many times as you can in a day, a minimum of 3 times per day. This will help for sure.

ReplyDeleteMy case was as worst as never can explain. I was bitten in pains and was speachless not being able to concive my own children. I cried out every night and sex became very frustrating and all the medical reports shows I was barren. I'm David Mark. I had this feelings that they could be a cure to all this deathly and common Diseases. My case was admitted after a ran for my reqular monthly checkup and was shocked when I was tested Herpes Simplex Virus.
