I got bit by a deer tick...and at the same time had a nail infection...the dr...put me on 6 weeks of doxycilian...and, both cleared up...doxycillian(sp)? seems to clear up alot of stuff all around so ask your dr...for this..You should lance it. Just cut it open and drain it.
