I would definitely go to the doctor an get looked at. It could be herpes but either way a doctor visit wouldn't hurt because if it is you'll need to be put on meds. Your bf could have got it from his mother passed at birth. Part 2... Sex with death? I don't understand that part. :/ best of luck to you both.
