Genital herpes starts out as little bumps, that turns into one big sore, as if you have been burned in that place, go to the doctor for a few test, to see if it's genital herpes, also known as herpes simplex ll. this sore stays with you for about two to three weeks, then goes away. and comes again, Steer clear of ointments, Genital sores need lots of air to heal, Petroleum jelly and antibiotic, as well as the ointments, can block the air and slow the healing process..This sounds a lot like razorburn. You can avoid this by washing the area with an antibacterial soap before shaving and using a new razor more frequently. Then, after shaving, apply some hydrocortisone cream which helps stop the bumps. Changes in hormone levels monthly changes the amount of vaginal discharge that you have and the smell can change slightly with the amount of discharge you are having. This can be normal. If the odor becomes strong or has a fishy odor to it, then an infection is present and needs treatment. See if this method helps.
