Hi having herpes will not affect taking medicine as Chlamydia is bacterial not viral give it time ,maybe u have also got thrush it happens OK ♥NO herpes shouldn't affect your medication but the medication or the stress from chlamydia could trigger a break out. Hygiene has nothing to do with what causes stds.
