First off, you might need to consider another doctor. One who will ANSWER questions. Never leave a doctor's office until ALL your questions are answered to your satisfaction. Secondly. Have you been checked for uterine fibroids? Endometriosis? Are you pap smears normal? Any one of a dozen things can cause irregular bleeding, including stress, hormonal changes brought on by the birth control pills.
My advice: Keep asking questions until you get answers. YOU must be you own health care ADVOCATE.
