The same thing happened to me. I itched everywhere, in between my fingers, toes, on the soles of my feet, especially my thighs with a red rash on my sides. I, too, had scabies one time, and I swore it was that, but the scabies treatment did not work. And that doesn't mean they can't spread the disease unknowingly. It can even be spread through giving/receiving oral sex.

There are other rashes such as eczema that can also be itchy. Herpes often form blisters and are often localized in one area.
