Just use over the counter meds for it and it will go away. As far as the ulcers inside your mouth. You could have bitten the inside of you cheek or even brush your teeth too hard. Just watch it and they will go away. You can use salt water or mouth wash to help keep them clean and promote healing. If it don't heal up in a few days I would go to the doctor and have it check out just to be on the safe side.
