i have herpes 2 virus in my genital area ... am taking tablets of herpikind of 250mg and acclir 400mg tablet?

You need to take the Acciclovir 400mg tablets for at least 5 days to heal the sores. You can also take multi vitamins and Lysine to help prevent future outbreaks. I also use zovirax coldsore cream down there as it's cold and soothing and helps with the itch.

You can also use cold teabags on the genitals to help with the pain and bathing in salt water helps to take the sting away - you can also pee in this water if it hurts to pee normally.

I generally ache all over so i take paracetamol for the pain and fever.

I've not heard of itching hands and legs before though - have you mentioned it to your doctor?? If it's not a symptom usually associated with Herpes you may be experiencing an allergic reaction? Or it could be something totally separate. I would get it checked out by a professional.
