what's the difference between having pimples and having acne?

Pimples are like bumps and acne is more of scabs.Acne is usually all over ur face alot on your forehead and with pimples u can have one or two from time to timeacne is more than 1 pimple. there are different severity's of it. u probly have a minor case. so maybe using a cleanser every other day at night will help. and the zit on ur lip could be caused by playing a brass instrument. i get them sometimes when i dont practice the trumpet in a while and then play it for a long period of time. and the acne scars..ive tried scar cream and it worked somewhat. its not as noticable and hides better when i use foundation.
oh and u can try washing ur face with just regular soap. it works for me. i mean i break out every now and then like around my period. and when i sweat alot. but thats it.
