If she has an STD you should stop having sex but it could also be a vaginal infection and it hurts for the girl if she has one so she should get tested and stop having intercourse so often. If it hurts when she pees it is probably a vaj infection.I don't think it's vaginismus, because if that's the problem, it typically hurts way too much to insert a penis at all. Also, it doesn't cause tears.
No medical ideas, sorry, but just three very basic tips:
- Lube. I know you said that she is wet and ready, but lube is better at reducing friction. If you're not using condoms, try a silicone based lube, or if you prefer something organic, try coconut oil (seriously, it's great). If you are, stick with water-based lube.
- Orgasm. Give her one or two before trying penetration.
- Doctor. If these two don't help, she needs medical advice.
Bonus tip: you seem to have lots of intercourse. If you're going to have sex every day, don't always have intercourse. Allow her to heal properly by having other kinds of sex. A tear doesn't really heal in one day.
Besides, she's in pain... you guys should not be doing anything that hurts, as long as it still hurts.
Pain is a stop signal. She should never 'push through the pain'. So I'd simply stop having intercourse for now, until you two find a way to make it both painless and pleasurable. Keep having sex, by all means, just leave the intercourse out. It hurts. Something is wrong.
Linked below are two articles that may help. It's possible that it's hormonal. As women age and their hormones decrease it sometimes leads to the thinning of the vaginal walls. This combined with something like Vaginismus could be the problem. Good luck to you two. I hope it gets better.
