What about Planned Parenthood? I have no idea how much it costs though, but I know that they test for everything there. And I mean everything! Stuff I've never even heard of. lol They are on a sliding scale fee, so whatever he can afford is how much they charge. I'm not sure if there's one in Baltimore, but there should be one around it.
