What is this bump on my lip? Herpes? ?

Probably just a plain ol' zit. I get them from time to time. They go away on their own.Its not herpes. Herpes are itchy and hurt. Its just a pimple. Youll know if you have herpes. It gets big and crusty and gross.It may be the starting if a colesoore try putting a cloth with rubbing alchohol on it and it should go away, do it as soon as possible.
