dont touch them,whenever you have a outbreak like try not to touch it or it will spread to all parts of you body.For the pain use hydrocortisone cream it relieves it alot,and when u can put hydrogen peroxide on the infected area and wait till it starts to bubble.This helps clean it out and it heals alot quickerMichal is right, you can also try ora-jel it's a teething anesthetic for babies, it works on just about anything that is sore/burns etc.
