HSV DNA replication

This short animated video shows the third stage of Herpes simplex infection - DNA replication. First the DNA is replicated via the "Rolling circle" mechanism which creats a "Concatemer" - a long continuous DNA molecule that contains multiple copies of the same DNA. The concatemer is than cleaved in the right place and the DNA is packed into a structural protein which is called "Capsid".

if you just recently contracted it then you really should not do anything with her.yes, you can share herpes with herYes while it's less likely to be passed with out an out break, you can pass herpes even if you don't have any signs or symptoms of a break out orally or genitally. Even if you don't have signs of it you still have herpes in your body and you can shed it at any time. If you're not taking anti viral medication or at least using condoms when you don't have a break out, then you could give her herpes. If she doesn't know about your status you should tell her so she can make an informed decision. You can give her oral herpes on her genitals if you give her oral sex but again it's more likely to happen if you have a break on your mouth.
