The best thing to use is over the counter creams for cold sores but some times the creams can be more expensive then the medication. You may have to experiment with a few creams before you find one that works for you, personally I like Abreva.Hi Dan, I've heard of this product from a couple of friends who are using it, its called Dalinex.
