could be. keep this in mind. cold sores can be transferred to the pubic area and turn into herpes. if you have an outbreak, NO oral sex, and he needs to make sure he doesn't have warts on his hand. not all warts will transfer, but you want to make sure. i hope it's not, because genital warts stay with you for your entire life.Usually herpes is quite painful, so I doubt it's herpes.it really does sound like it
don't have sex with no one even with a condom cause you still spread them to others and that's the last thing you want you should both get checked to be on the safe side
